Open: AI Capture → input language → microphone

Before you begin

Use a device with a working microphone and allow microphone access. Have the same dates, account and amount ready as for typed capture.

Practise in a test company first. Check the active company and your permissions. Available options depend on your plan, role and platform.

  1. 01

Open AI Capture in the intended company. Select Auto, English, Hindi or Kannada from the input-language options.

  2. 02

Select the microphone and allow access if prompted. Speak the transaction with its date, amount, party and payment account, then stop recording.

  3. 03

Recognised speech is sent automatically to AI Capture; there is no separate review-before-send step. Check the resulting draft and correct names, dates and amounts through clarification or editing before confirming. Use text input if the recording is unclear.

  4. 04

Answer the clarification questions and review the resulting accounts, tax treatment and voucher total.

  5. 05

Select Confirm & Save, or Save This in Simple mode, when the preview is correct. Verify the posted entry in Ledger.

Check your result

The transcript and final voucher describe the same transaction.
