Access by role, per company
People join by invitation and get exactly the access their job needs — view, enter, review, billing or invite — scoped per company workspace. Your CA gets read-only, close-only or full access, your call.
Review audit history
Use audit history to inspect recorded changes and their author and time. Review correction history alongside the source entry, and use period controls to restrict changes after close.
Verified posting
AI capture confirms a saved draft snapshot and runs posting checks before writing the entry. This helps keep the confirmed draft and posted entry aligned. Review the accounting treatment as well as the amounts.
Desktop app safeguards
Cloud connections use HTTPS. The desktop app also communicates with local services over loopback HTTP on your device. Desktop tokens live in OS-encrypted storage and the app auto-locks when idle.
How AI processes your data
AI features process the transaction text or documents needed for your request, which can involve configured AI service providers. Review the privacy policy for processing and service-provider details.
Backups, exports, leaving
Use desktop backup and restore controls for supported destinations, and check that your backup completed. Confirm hosted recovery arrangements for your service. Export the records you need using the available formats before your access ends.
Recovery, deletion and retention
Account recovery runs through settings and support verification. Deletion is a separate, deliberate action — billing cancellation alone never deletes your records. The exact retention windows are defined in the privacy policy.
