All your clients’ books, in one place.
Manage each client in a separate workspace and assign your team to the work they handle. Maintain daily accounts in Lekka, or use a compliance workspace to prepare statements from an imported Trial Balance or supported financial statements.
A week inside the practice
- 01
Monday — client triage
The client list shows every workspace with its review state: who has unreconciled bank lines, pending GST items, or an open close checklist.
- 02
Tuesday — review a client’s week
Open Acme Traders, scan the Day Book, and leave two review notes on vouchers that need the owner’s clarification.
- 03
Wednesday — resolve a mapping exception
In Sharma & Co’s Schedule III workflow, the permitted firm owner uses desktop to review a new term-loan mapping and record the reasoning. Other firm members can view and export during the pilot.
- 04
Thursday — sign off a period
Kiran Textiles’ March close checklist is green. Review the audit log, sign off, and the period locks.
- 05
Friday — onboard a new client
Run the import wizard on their Tally XML, reconcile the Trial Balance, and hand the owner read access to their own live books.
Check the client before you start.
- Select the client workspace and confirm its legal entity and reporting period.
- Check staff access before assigning import, entry or review work.
- Reconcile source balances, resolve review questions and inspect the final reports before sharing them.
Less chasing. More getting things done.
"Client data arrives as shoeboxes and backups."
Every client sends data differently — pen drives, Tally backups, Excel — and your team rebuilds context every visit.
With live books, you just open the client’s workspace and read the actual entries. The audit trail is already attached.
"Review means re-reading everything."
Without exceptions, review time grows with client size — and juniors can’t tell what needs a senior.
Pending GST items, unmatched bank lines and unmapped heads each sit in their own queue. Staff clear the queues; partners check the outcomes.
"Sign-off is a mail thread."
Approvals scatter across email and WhatsApp, and later nobody can prove who approved what.
Sign-offs happen on the books themselves — named, dated, and kept in the audit trail.

CA Pro supports client workspaces, firm staff, assignments and statutory workflows. During the Schedule III pilot, changes require permitted desktop access and are restricted to the firm owner; other firm members can view and export. Vouching is optional and must be enabled. Check current prices and capacity in firm Billing.
FAQ's
When enabled, create an engagement, import the books and upload evidence. Run matching and verification, review cases and candidate documents, resolve flags and export the reviewed results. Sign-off and engagement completion follow their own permission-controlled steps.
Yes — each client is a separate workspace in your firm view, with a context switcher, staff assignment and per-client review queues. The CA Pro plan is built for exactly this.
Review notes are visible according to the access you set — share them to request clarification, or keep internal working notes internal.
Each client workspace carries its own mapping workflow: source, mapping review, exceptions, notes and sign-off. During the pilot, the permitted CA firm owner makes Schedule III changes in desktop; other firm members and web users can view and export. Review the access notice for the selected client.
Assign staff the client access and permissions needed for their work, then check the permitted actions in that workflow. Schedule III has an additional pilot restriction: only the permitted CA firm owner can make changes or sign off in desktop. Other firm members can view and export; a partner role alone does not remove that restriction.
