Open: CA Portal → Vouching → engagement → Overview / Worklist

Before you begin

CA Vouching must be enabled for the installation and available to your role. Prepare the client, period, source books and supporting evidence.

Practise in a test company first. Check the active company and your permissions. Available options depend on your plan, role and platform.

  1. 01

Open CA Portal → Vouching, select the client and choose New Engagement. Enter the offered engagement type, name, entity details and period, then create it.

  2. 02

Open Overview. Import the books and upload evidence using the controls offered for the engagement; review file validation and any PDF-splitting choice.

  3. 03

Wait for processing and resolve upload failures. Run the offered matching and verification actions and inspect their results.

  4. 04

Open Worklist and filter the cases needing attention. Inspect each transaction, evidence and finding, then save the review decision and explanation.

  5. 05

Use Accounts and unclaimed evidence to investigate missing links. Check proposed evidence before confirming or rejecting it; recheck affected cases after changes.

  6. 06

Resolve blocking findings and review the available export. If authorised, complete the required period sign-off and engagement-status actions, checking each saved status separately.

Check your result

Reviewed cases have recorded decisions and supporting evidence, with outstanding issues visible before sign-off.

If something doesn’t look right

If Vouching is absent, check installation availability and permissions. A completed upload or automated match does not replace the reviewer’s case decision or sign-off.
