Open: Desktop Settings → Sync & backups / Devices & offline access
Before you begin
Use the desktop application and the intended cloud account. Connect online before relying on cached company data or offline access.
Practise in a test company first. Check the active company and your permissions. Available options depend on your plan, role and platform.
- 01
Open Settings → Sync & backups and use the connect action. Sign in to the intended account and wait for the initial connection and sync.
- 02
Open Companies & sync details. Check the company, pending changes, pending or failed files and blocked changes.
- 03
Use Review or Notifications to inspect issues. Follow the offered resolution or retry action and check the resulting status.
- 04
Before working offline, confirm the company data and offline access are available. Offline access lasts up to 30 days after online verification and can end sooner when the subscription expires. Reconnect to refresh access; expired offline access becomes read-only. Cloud-dependent features still need internet. Use only the local operations allowed by the app; AI and checkout still need a connection.
- 05
Reconnect and wait for pending changes to sync. After a subscription change, use Devices & offline access → Update offline access when required.
- 06
Check recent vouchers and documents on the other device before treating it as up to date. Create an external backup separately when you need a recoverable snapshot.
Check your result
You can see what has synced and which changes still need attention.
If something doesn’t look right
AI processing may require internet access. Do not assume every browser workflow is available offline.
